The IMT-PO Oxygen Gas Generator ensures on-site oxygen production. The compact design enables maximum performance and requires minimum space. In case of relocation, the IMT-PO units can be adjusted to new site conditions easily. Compressed air from an on-site source is required for oxygen generation.

The air first passes through pre-filter units which eliminate impurities such as humidity, oil vapours, particles and hydrocarbons. The filtrated compressed air stream is then channeled through two zeolite molecular strainers, which remove nitrogen and carbon dioxide molecules from the compressed air. The two strainers alternate between filter and regeneration mode in order to ensure a continuous flow of oxygen.

The oxygen generated by this process can then be used for a wide variety of applications. All parameters such as compressed air temperature, pressure, oxygen purity and oxygen pressure are monitored continuously. The efficiency of the INMATEC Oxygen Generators guarantees savings right from the start. The standard model features a touchscreen panel and can be remotely-controlled from any computer in the world.
