As for medical oxygen, its purity must be at least 90%. In a liquid oxygen plant, it even has to be at least 99.5%. Meanwhile, for the oxygen produced by the PSA generator engine, the minimum purity must be 90% and the PSA oxygen generator is in accordance with the PERMENKES 04/2016 standard with a purity standard of 90% - 95%.
