Dust Collector is equipment to separate harmful particles, such as soot and dust, from the smoke emitted from incinerators and steelmaking plant waste. This equipment is important for the continuity of industrial activities.

Therefore, it is necessary to carry out maintenance so that the dust collector can work optimally. Among them:

1. Spot-check bag-seating conditions.

2. Spot-check for bag leaks and holes.

3. Spot-check bag tensioning for reverse-air and shaker bags.

4. Check all moving parts on shaker baghouses.

5. Check the fan for blade corrosion and wear.

6. Check all hoses and clamps.

7. Check the baghouse for corrosion (inside and out).

8. Check the gas flow rate. Please ensure they are correct (pitot tube, thermal flow meter, etc.).
